ASHTANGA YOGA – THE PRECIOUS JEWEL OF LIBERATION is the taste of an ancient immersion, an age-old, vigorous & dynamic form of yoga. Each pose of the sequence prepares the body for the next steps. Every asana has its own unique health benefits & when they all merge into one flow, it result DETOXIFICATION of the body & brings clarity to the mind

Despite Ashtanga Vinyasa it’s a vigorous & dynamic practice, does not always have to be too fast paced. It is a spiritual practice & you want to prioritize concentration on the breath, connect to the breath, be conscious of your movements, position of your body. You want to relax all the efforts, no need to push, pull, just relax yourself into the practice, in order to let the asanas reveled on its time. Allow the asanas to become a prayers at your Temple, which your body is.

SIGN UP POLICY:
 
TO BOOK YOUR PLACE
50% deposit of the total price is required
 
The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before the start of the retreat
 
 
TERM’S & CONDITIONS:
 
CANCELLATION MORE THAN 30 DAYS before the retreat start date – 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat or Teacher Training within 1 year from the retreats start date
 
CANCELLATION 15-29 DAYS before the retreat start date – 50% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat or Teacher Training
 
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 15 DAYS before the retreat start date – the fee is neither refundable nor transferable
 
CANCELLATION BY FACILITATOR:
In this rare case that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrollment, travel restrictions), you will receive: A full refund, including the deposit or transfer your payment to a future date of Retreat or Teacher Training

We recommend arriving on the island at least one day in advance
 
Closest & most convenient airport: Samui International Airport (USM)
 
From Samui – take a short ferry (30–60 minutes) to Koh Phangan
 
 
MORE AFFORDABLE  OPTION:
 
Fly into Surat Thani Airport (URT) on the mainland – usually offers lower-cost flights
 
From Surat Thani, you take a bus + ferry ticket to Koh Phangan (approx. 4-5 hours)
