Sattvic diet can be followed by everyone who wants to experience clarity & purity of the mind & body

We advice that alcohol, any kind of tobacco, drugs, meat, fish, eggs, onion, garlic, mushrooms & coffee should be avoided during teacher trainings, yoga retreats, intense practices. If you are yogi, you may also want to follow the sattvic diet beyond

 

To experience the fullest possible benefit of the asanas, meditation & the other practices – SATTVIC DIET IS A MUST

Energetic purity is essential while engaging in a deep breath-work & asana practice

By ingesting meat – we are ingesting fear and agony. Meat (tama guna) is harmful to the body & the mind, just like processed food

The less food had been processed, the better, otherwise is harmful for the body & mind. Processed food can be also the cause of infertility…
