A quiet encounter with Lasya
Yogini, devoted student of yoga & meditation, and massage therapist rooted in traditional arts and embodied practice. Lasya has been practicing yoga & meditation since 2002, though the first steps began much earlier. Over the years, the practice naturally became a daily ritual and a way of living – deepened through study, discipline, experience, silence, and direct guidance from traditional teachers.
Rooted in traditions, she operates from depth, care, offering, and presence – offering spaces for those who feel ready to deepen

Her path has been shaped through years of study in yoga, meditation, traditional Thai massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Tuina, bodywork, anatomy, and holistic wellbeing – alongside extensive travels and immersive experiences throughout Asia.
In 2016, Lasya travelled to the Himalayan mountains of India to deepen her own practice and study the traditional path of Rajadhiraja Yoga under the guidance of Ganga Devi at the Himalayan Yoga Institute.
She continues to honour the teachings and lineage that have deeply influenced her path, including guidance received from traditional teachers, healers, and Thai Buddhist monks.

Today, she devotes her time to sincere students, seekers, and practitioners wishing to deepen their relationship with yoga, meditation, breath, stillness, and conscious living. Rather than offering a fixed method, her work responds to the individual – meeting different needs, levels, and stages of practice with sensitivity and care.
A quiet space for real practice.
Rooted in tradition.
Held in quiet presence.
Guided with care.
